Nice and quiet

Quiet and peaceful. Perfect beach location and private beach so just perfect to step out of the accommodation on to the beach for a morning stroll. The most beautiful sunsets to enjoy. The staff at the resort were extremely helpful

Not enough beach beds for all guests. Restaurant had limited drinks menu, no wine and service was occasionally disappointing, but most very friendly and welcoming.

The position was good to be away from the main town it was very peaceful and we enjoyed walks on the beach daily very relaxing.

Dissapointed that we had to get a taxi in and out of town each time , should have a free shuttle to accomodate your guests could be twice a day . Restaurant food was ok . Every day we walked the beach and picked up bags of rubbish , it would be of benefit that instead of the gardeners seeping leaves daily perhaps a rubbish collection would be better.

The location is stunning; it’s paradise

Property run down; hardly any water pressure; construction next to villa; holes in walls allowed bulk mosquitoes in; restaurant expensive and well below average. In general this place is pretty crap and there is nothing nearby; however if you want somewhere to lay on the beach; swim, snorkel and just relax; then I would still recommend this place..

The view and placing is excellent from the beach villa. Immediately at the beach. Gorgeous sunsets. Spacious room. Tiny bit outdated. But suited for us. ( all depends on your standards) Working airco. Sometimes water pressure was to low to shower. Swimming pool available. Daily cleaning.

The restaurant menu is a bit small. We ate Asian, but not much vegetarian options. ( we stayed for a week) Staff is very friendly. Breakfast included for us ( continental And Asian ) If you can’t drink beer ( gluten) there is nothing else. You need a taxi + driver to get you anywhere. You can’t walk to town or elsewhere because of the mountains. No instructions at the room ea information about anything, nor tip box. Very easy to lock yourself out. But friendly staff is helpful.

The location was fantastic

The property needs some serious maintenance. Quite often we had no water to shower or flush the toilet. And when there was water there was very little pressure.

Location is perfect

It’s bit far away of everything and the place needs to have a facelift… prices for accommodation are too high Restaurant menu is quite limited !

We booked a beach villa, the location and scenery were stunning and beautiful. We ended up extending our stay to 4 nights. You want to have your own transportation here as it’s a bit out of town, it’s easy to rent scooters in Labuan Bajo and they’ll bring them to the resort which is nice - the bungalow is a bit of a ways from the lobby so it was nice to be able to drive the scooters right to the unit. The pools were beautiful, with 2 to choose from. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was good, and also the burger and chicken sandwich - although extremely over priced - were good. But we tried to eat at the restaurant for dinner one night and it was so gross, inedible calamari and sautee that was very overpriced and they made us pay for even tho we couldn’t eat it. We walked down the beach to the Atlantis for food, which is also pricey but at least it’s absolutely delicious. Breakfast was good but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend eating at the restaurant. There was a huge rainstorm the night we arrived and the mosquitoes were insane IN the room, with no bug netting. The staff gave us some spray to spray the room which we did before going out for the evening and this cleared up the problem.
