Cold soup at breakfast...and to much plastic on the beach!!

The location is gorgious - directly on the beach with beautifull garden & sea view. It compensates a lot. People were friendly and supporting. The restaurant/bar close to the beach is a benefit too. Bed were comfortable & clean.

During my stay the bungalows were partially under reconstruction and my villa was one of those waiting for renovation. The bathroom equipment was not the cleanest/best one and roof was partially broken. It was not really disturbing but definetly not looking/feeling good. The cleaning personnel did not really cleansed everything - e.g. during my whole stay (3 nights) there were dirty towels of old guests laying around in the wardrobe and nobody took them out. We did not used the wardrobe, so we ignored it too... There was dirt visible in the corners, under bed etc. To some extend it is understandable as the hotel lies practically on the beach, but especially when guests are changeing it should be cleaned.

We had our own private beach. Cleaning staff were kind and helpful. They arrange flowers for our honeymoon. It was wonderful!

Hotel front staff were quite rude and not helpful. We arrived 1 hour early and our room was not ready (which was okay because we asked for some flowers to be prepared). They gave us little to no explanation on how the resort was laid out or what to do for 1 hour. They could have at least offered us some water or a coffee. This did not start our stay on the best of fronts. The shower and toilets were outside in mosquito fested jungle!

One and only, the view.

The toilet couldn't flush when we just entered the room. Next day they cleaned the room but forget to give us new towels. Breakfast meals have no labels, foreigners have difficulty in understanding the food served. They said we can order a car to the city and vice versa, but when we contacted them for a pick up, no reply at all. Apart from the view, everything else is in dire need of improvement.

The location was definitely top notch, the long beach and the simplicity of it. Also the little room in front of the beach wasn’t bad.

I found the right word to describe it: Abandoned…. Yes this is an abandoned resort. Old, left behind, beach dirty at the point to be dangerous to walk over; full of nails and spikes broken woods, besides the plastics bottles that none of them when cleaning “their” private beach fare to collect. Every morning I have to collect them myself to see a clean spot and not get disappointed to be there. Construction all over, I mean really? Starts at any time of the day without respecting these who are paying or sleeping yet. Flies and mosquitoes ?? OMG…. You can’t even sit or rest properly outside without be eaten by flies or mosquitoes, I presume because they don’t dispose their composte properly, in fact the end of that beach close to a 5* star hotel nothing. You have cats all over your breakfast eating the food of guests directly from the table (left over) but without bothering other people still eating. Waiter/was completely ignored them. Tables and floor constantly dirty, they don’t even clean afterwards, not even the floor. I have seen same napkins, butter box, etc etc The whole property is run on his own, no senior around to check what going on, I mean. A bit of decency that all I am asking. What I m surprise of how you booking.com, can allow these property to be in your wed site and sell them to paying guest. It’s a real shame. Potentially this space could be something extremely nice but again, terrible. You can also see toilette next to the beach, I mean seriously, I m Talking about an actual wc probably placed outside one of the bungalow while no space ??? I got many pictures about this resort. Someone must report this, they should be closed. This is a scam, you are responsible as much as them if you helping them to get booked. Ps: i m not Talking about housekeeping, front office, the actual open toilette in room (disgusting). I will Leave that to another person who has more time than me right now.

The beach is beautiful and best sunsets

Had to move rooms because of bugs in the beds and staff were difficult during this process a bit.
