The property is beautiful and the staff is very polite and makes your stay extra special. The food is amazing and they went above and beyond to pack us sandwiches as we were leaving before breakfast. Gautham and Shreyas took care of every request we made. Will definitely visit again.

The room should have one mirror and toiletries should be properly provided. In our room we had two bottles of shampoo and conditioner but no shower gel and inspite of repeated request for shower gel, we could not make the housekeeping staff understand. We were travelling with our own supplies so it wasn't much of an issue

The cleanliness, staff, location & food were really surprisingly very good.

First the property is amazing. We stayed in the Mongolian style tent, it was like staying in the middle of forest. Shreyas is very helpful in every process. Mr. Peter is very helpful in explaining about each species of plants and birds. Looking forward to visit the property again.

The road leading to resort might be difficult to drive for some but we enjoyed the view.

Surrounded by nature just outside the nagar hole reserve area. Green and peaceful in the middle of a coffee estate with all flora and fauna. Knowledgeable staff , nature walks , birdwatching and night wilderness walks all organised and conducted by naturalists on site .

While booking on your site were shown two types of properties - the tents and a terraced acco. While we chose the latter it seems we got downgraded by booking.com to a room type that was not even shown at the time of booking . This needs looking into from your end and a suitable explanation offered

The location was really excellent. A quiet corner, facing a coffee estate and forest beyond. Bonus point is it is s good star gazing location with lots of open sky available.

The lighting in the property is not set right. It is too bright. Concealed lights are good for places like these. Restaurant is quite a climb from the rooms.
