Food service was outstanding, they went out of their way to make dishes of our choice and accommodate our preferences. They even made evening snacks to munch on during the documentary viewing! Shreyas gave us a wonderful tour of the trees and birds and wildlife, it was very interesting.

The geyser in the bathroom didnt quite work, but they did attend to it as soon as we reported it.

They have great passion for what they have within their property. The guest relationship manager Shreyas’ knowledge & passion for environmental conservation is infectious. Ever since I went on the bird watching walk with him, I’ve started keeping an eye out for birds wherever I go

The lodge is amazing overall, absolutely loved it there!

Food was too spicy. Almost everything on menu said "spicy chili" or something like that. Ok if some things are like that, but just about everything?

The property is a beautiful coffee estate very close to the Nagerhole Tiger reserve. The rooms are stunning and spacious - especially the canopy tents that face the forest! They organise walks in the property to understand local flora and fauna - which was a great experience! The food is very good - authentic local flavours. And team organised cakes for my friend and I since it was our birthday! Overall exceptional service!

Everything…particularly the helpfulness of the Staff who went out of their way to oblige. Lovely instructive nature walks. The sounds of nature and the surrounding beautiful scenery made for a relaxing stay.

Nothing particularly I disliked. We had the advantage, too, of being the only guests so I can imagine it would be very different if the resort happened to be very busy.
