the location is beautiful.

I've been charged 8thousand per room(total 16k), when the rooms were available for just 4-5000 rs, have to pre order food and still the food was delayed, outdated room near to an awesome beach. They even demanded for an addition 15% for the early check-in, even when the entire resort was empty.Please go ahead with your book if you are paying under 3000 rs.

Location and the property are superb. Very well maintained and staff are welcoming and well mannered.

1- The breakfast was okeyish taste was good but spread is limited to 2-3 items (No fruit or museli or corn flakes) 2- Non phone provided in the room had to go to reception every time you want anything. 3-There is only one boy to help around to all the guest which seemed to be very hectic for him poor lad was running here and there 4- they lock the gate at night so if you plan to go out for dinner you will have to call the owner and he will send someone will open (rather they should keep a guard at gate) 5- Owner told us his card swipe machine is not working so probably you will have to keep certain amount handy to pay at the property if you are planning to pay by CC as they might not accept it at last moment. Only Gpay was accepted.

Food was excellent. The manager was caring. The staff were sincere. Insect mesh was installed for each window, and hence windows can be kept open. Many hotels do not have this feature.

Wifi could be faster.

Best break ever! Got to relax and chill at this beautiful resort bang opposite the beach. My friend suggested this place. It was really a welcome break for me from my super hectic work. The Ayurvedic spa is something that helped me relax more. The staff is very polite and takes care of every small requirements. A must visit place. Its the closest beach from Bangalore. Beach is not crowded. The quiet clean resort with clean rooms are an add on.

Nothing as such

The place is situated opposite to the beach. It offers a serene view of nature, the soothing sound of the waves can be heard from the room. The stay also has a pool and a spacious premise to roam around. The stay also offers an scrumptious complimentary breakfast. The staff and the owner has been so kind and generous throughout our stay.
