Asokam Beach Resort

The room was very large, very clean with beautiful beach view. Ayurvedic Spa and Swimming Pool are also available at the resort. The Owner, staff and management were so nice and lovely and mindful of my every need. Complimentary breakfast and the food offered at the restaurant was delicious, with variety of options! Great beachfront location with easy access to beaches and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

The resort's location is right at the beach. The staff is courteous. It's a well maintained, clean resort. Decent breakfast.

Even after booking a room for three adults through booking. com (which means we are already paying extra for a third person), we got an email mentioning that there will be an extra charge for a bed. After confirming through a call and while checking in if there will be an extra charge, we were told that there won't be. But when we got to check out, the bill had an extra 1k plus GST for the extra bed. They said that there was some mistake and hence the extra charge. We had to ask them to let us talk to their manager and when we explained that you can't charge us extra after denying it earlier, the charges were waived off. The person at the reception then kept telling us that this amount will come from his salary and he is sacrificing for us.

Location and rooms

A beach resort located at the sea side. Rooms are spacious and nicely arranged. The place is well kept and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast had a decent spread, looks like they procure the food from some restaurant nearby, taste and presentation was passable. Excellent location, rooms overlooking the sea, across the road from the beach.

Booked a suite, the airconditioning was pathetic. we were three adults, upon complaining, they shifted us to a deluxe room which had a functional AC but not adequate in that heat.
