Nothing at all!

Pictures and description totally misleading. Filthy room and even more filthy bathroom. Dangerous bathroom, slippery, and plenty electrical hazards - got twice an electric shock. Extremely poor conditions everywhere. Nothing works in the room, ac, hot water, lights. We paid almost rs 8,000 for such a filthy, ugly, old and dangerous room!

What I liked about the resort - 1. Great location. Property is located right next to the beach and the place is calm and quite for the most part. 2. Great Kerala style breakfast. 3. Clean swimming pool. 4. Friendly and courteous staff.

What could have been better - 1. The door closing mechanism fitted on the main door was slamming the door at full force and my 4 year old daughter's finger was caught in between and we had to rush her to the hospital for medical assistance. 2. There is no much facilities for the price we paid, except for a pool and complementary breakfast. 3. A/C was under powered for the room that size. 4. Lunch and dinner have to be planned and communicated in advance, which is not exactly a bad thing but take getting used to it and is a bit pricy.

Location

Manager behaviour. His Disturbing Lot he irritated lot during our stay. Saw most of the guest are arguing with him. For everyone he is doing same. Evening they gave it for birthday party and they guests are occupied most places and loud noise. It’s totally waste of money. I will avoid this.

Staff was polite. Special mention to Adarsh, he was polite and treated us well. Beach is right opposite to the resort which was a good thing

1. Breakfast options are limited and average taste. Even the dosa and puries are prepared before and served cold. In spite of telling to prepare hot appams the second day, we were served cold ones again. Note, we were the only guests in the resort. 2. They have not recharged for TV as well. 3. There is only one contact number and we have to call the number couple of times before we get the water bottles filled on the first day, second day was better. 4. Pool is not clean and found dirt on the ground. 5. Hot water is available only on request. It is not available throughout the day or night. 6. You will need to pre-book your dinner maximum by 7:30 p.m. Else, it will not be considered. Hence we chose to go out for dinner 7. The hotel did not accept card payment and the only option was to pay through UPI which we were not comfortable with. They gave some technical issue as a reason for not having a card reader. Overall, 17K for two days is not worth for this resort.

The property was well maintained, clean and neat. And the location is the utmost talking point, beautiful view from balcony. The only drawback is with food prices being expensive. However, swiggy and Zomato are available.

Property did not except foreign credit cards and had to pay in cash. Very difficult to get that much cash in Kannur.

Its overpriced. For a non ac tiny room is priced 3.8k.
