Asokam Beach Resort

Place is amazing. Rooms are clean and neat. Loved the food especially lunch. Swimming pool is maintained very well. My kid loved there. Great place to stay as a family. Beach is one minute walkable distance. Felt like private beach. Staffs are very good. Overall we enjoyed staying there. Value for money.

While making a book, Booking.com showed one room(suite) but gave other room. We had to call the customer care and change to our desired suite. It took some time of ours but the customer care finally responded positively...

Beautiful location and very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent service and the rooms are super clean and comfortable. We stayed in the suite which had a sea view. The beach is just a few seconds away and is lovely. Nice breakfast.

The main course meals can be improved a little but we didn’t pre order the traditional Kerala meal which might have been better idea.

Excellent service, friendly staff very quick response from the front desk. Manager was kind enough to arrange a birthday celebration with complementary birthday cake and decorations. Location,facility and the staff etc are all upto the expectation.

Pool has no privacy, it is located just infront of the main entrance and near party lawn,therfore interferes with ongoing parties and onlookers in the main entrance.

Hidden charges we were offered a better room, without mentioning the additional charges even after requesting the information multiple times. Ended up paying 50% more than the original booked rate.
