Restaurante muito bom. Equipe atenciosa e comida boa.

Equipe de recreação deixou a desejar. Falta de informações claras das atividades. Embora tenha sido divulgado QR code e infos nas TVs do hotel (com letras muito pequenas e passagem de slides de maneira rápida).

Não gostamos, só fomos por que as crianças queriam ir na nova atração e ela estava fechada!! Sem aviso no site e sem aviso no booking! As crianças ficaram decepcionadas!

As comidas eram excepcionais. Atendimento bastante receptivo e educado.

Tivemos problema com a entrega no quarto de malas (demorou + que 6 horas), tivemos que ir na recepção e foram confusos... não sabiam aonde as malas estavam. Apesar disso tudo certo no final. Acho que poderia ser all inclusive o dia todo pelo preço cobrado. Até água era cobrada fora dos horarios de refeição.
