Gostei de encontrar o esperado, pois já utilizo o Tauá a alguns anos, sempre tenho uma estadia agradável as novas instalações são maravilhosas. em janeiro de 2026 pretendo visitar o Tala de João Pessoa.

Esteva tudo ótimo, só um pouco de desconforto no check inn, mas realmente tinha muita gente chegando no dia.

O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom. Todos são muito educados e cordiais. As refeições são muito saborosas e variadas. As atrações da Ilha Tauá atendem todas as idades.

Não gostei da música alta durante o jantar de Natal. Eu preferiria uma música ambiente ou com um volume menor pois não dava para conversar. Na minha opinião a música alta ou a banda deveriam iniciar após o jantar, faria mais sentido. Não gostei no sistema para retirar o carro no check out - não conseguimos saber se nosso carro já foi retirado do estacionamento para o local de embarque. Deveriam usar o mesmo sistema utilizado em alguns hospitais (ex: Hospital Samaritano em São Paulo) onde mostra a fila das placas dos carros que serão entregues.
