The bathroom was absolutely dirty, and the toilet had a leaking. Water was coming into the room, all wet all my bags . It was just bad. I can't understand why they did not change the room

Really appreciated the immediate change of room when the receptionist (Thobeka) saw that my 88-year old mother would not cope with the stairs in the shared room that I had booked for us online. Facilities well maintained and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. When I complained about the doors in my room, it was immediately seen to. The breakfasts were amazing!

The glass doors of my room were very difficult to open and close. The first time I opened the doors, the one door broke off its hinge. The whole framework of windows and doors needs to be updated and replaced. When I reported it to reception, the maintenance staff arrived immediately and fixed the hinge. When I struggled to close the doors, they suggested I move to another room so they could replace the doors. Unfortunately, my stay was cut short due to my daughter-in-law passing away in a car accident.

Good food. Great location. Great bar and atmosphere. Fish tank needs a clean!
