Masseria San Paolo Grande

Amazing, very relaxing. It’s a peaceful farm house away from the main town, so very quiet and like your own private oasis. The food was amazing, the staff were very helpful. We spent most of our days spent by the pool soaking up the Italian sun, with an Aperol spritz in hand with the hardest decision to make - what we were going to choose off their fabulous menu (all the food sourced from their farm)!

Accoglienza, servizio, disponibilità e qualità del cibo/bevande ottima. La colazione molto particolare, ma potrebbe risultare per ospiti stranieri un po' troppo ridotta nelle porzioni. Cena e carta dei vini ottima. I cocktail (soprattutto quelli a mixology originale) davvero strepitosi.

Nulla in particolare da segnalare. Forse il letto un po' troppo rumoroso rispetto al confort.

Looks like a new masseria. There are still some works going on. The staff were very friendly and the food were amazing. Everything was very fresh and some from their farm. The place is not busy. You feel exclusive and not over crowded. Very nice, quiet with birds singing. We had a good time recharged here. Highly recommended.

The Masseria is stunning — surrounded by peaceful countryside, beautifully restored, elegant yet warm and welcoming at the same time. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, creating a truly relaxing and refined atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and full of charm, perfectly blending traditional Apulian character with high-end comfort. Every corner of the property feels serene and special. A special thank you goes to the staff, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. We felt welcomed from the very first moment and truly looked after during the entire experience. Breakfast was outstanding, with fresh local products and homemade touches, while the restaurant offered delicious cuisine that perfectly reflects the flavors and authenticity of Puglia. The location is ideal for exploring the Valle d’Itria and nearby villages, although the Masseria itself is so beautiful that you may never want to leave. A truly magical place for anyone seeking relaxation, authenticity, beauty, and exceptional hospitality. We cannot wait to come back.
