The staff working there (waiters, reception) are incredibly sweet.

The manager is awful. Absolutely awful. He was publicly humiliating the staff in front of the clients of the hotel. Nothing was as described.

The beach access and views are the best part of this hotel, and the many beds on the beach and above for relaxing. It is located on a very quiet, beautiful section of the beach! The restaurant has delicious food, though it can take awhile to be served or order, especially if there’s a bigger party at the same time. The staff are sweet and accommodating. The building is very secure.

The manager only speaks Italian, and doesn’t seem too concerned with accommodating his guests. Due to the design of the rooms and it being an echoed building, the rooms are rarely quiet and you can hear staff in the restaurant or guests checking in. The WiFi rarely works in the rooms. You have to request to use a hair dryer for your stay they are not kept in the rooms, but the one I was given blew at a very low setting, so it felt a bit useless. The ac in the room I was in didn’t seem to be very powerful, as it never went below 26 degrees. Make sure you know how to use the shower head, as they don’t tell You at check-in.

Perfect location, wonderful staff, amazing pool and incredible Italian food.
