Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Genau das hatten wir gesucht. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Auch das Nachtessen war sehr gut. Es ist alles sehr sauber, bequem und stilvoll. Auch das Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen.

Die Bar im Garten war nach dem Nachtessen jeweils bereits zu, obwohl das Licht noch brannte. Am ersten Morgen fanden wir auf dem Frühstücksbuffet keinen Kaffee und mussten einen bestellen, der dann zusätzlich verrechnet wurde. Zudem gibt es keine Möglichkeit auf Halbpension, wie man das sonst kennt. Es gibt ein à la carte Restaurant. Hätte man sich für «Halbpension» entschieden, hätte das pro Person über 40 Dollar mehr gekostet – im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in dieser Preisklasse horrent! – und man hätte irgend etwas serviert bekommen. Zumindest hat man uns das beim Einchecken so erklärt.

Struttura splendida, a partire dai gestori, dal personale, dai letti piu comodi che abbia mai trovato in un hotel, ristorante di altissimo livello. Abbiamo anche ricevuto assistenza e ottimi consigli per le escursioni. Questi giorni sono stati perfetti, ci siamo immersi nel relax sentendoci a casa.

Il nostro soggiorno al Visiwa è stato ottimo, la struttura ci ha aiutato a cercare la soluzione migliore per noi e ci ha organizzato, su richiesta nostra, il transfer da/per l’aeroporto ad un prezzo ottimo! Le camere del Visiwa sono molto carine. Noi avevamo una camera doppia e un cottege per 4 persone e siamo rimasti soddisfatti! Il cibo è ottimo e soprattutto affidabile, abbiamo mangiato molto bene e soprattutto siamo stati bene! Il punto di forza della struttura sono Sicuramente i dipendenti, sempre carini e super disponibili oltre che il direttore Diego e il cuoco omonimo! Siamo stati super bene!

Volendo trovare proprio il pelo nell’uovo direi le spesso lunghe tempistiche per pranzare e cenare. Quindi sconsiglio in caso di pranzi veloci ma se ti vuoi godere una bella vista sulla terrazza senza fretta, facendo due chiacchiere, allora sei nel posto giusto!

we only there 4 days lunch and dinner menu the same so soon run out options and the food not cooked well. Very slow service too
