Anawasal

Anawasal is an isalnd dream in kite surfing town Kalpitiya. The owners are open, friendly and inspiring. As a guest all your needs are top priority. All meals at Anawasal were delicious and prepared with great attention to detail and tailored to requests. The swimming pool is a welcome refresher to cool off from the day's heat. There are many activities that you can do: kite surfing to stand-up paddling on the lagoon. Sunsets on the jetty are breathtaking of pink, orange hues and a sky full of stars. We had a wonderful time and look forward to the next visit already!

We had an incredible time at this property… The hosts (Shibi and Dinesh) were exceptional, the staff worked hard to meet our every need, and the location made us feel fully unplugged and relaxed… We liked it so much we extended our stay by one night, making five nights in total… My husband and sons Kitesurfed at rascals next door, and we had every meal at the property since the food was so great… Special thanks to all the staff for treating us so well … make sure to take time to do the yoga (It was very inspiring) and the massage!

Very nice vibe. Tasty local food. Kindness and availability of the staff. Easy access to the kite surfing school literally 30 meters away by foot.

Some food options - especially snacks - do not match with the vibe of the venue. Just stick to typical Sri Lankan food, that will be best.

Everything. The food, the hospitality, the facilities, the additional options such as kayaking, SUP, kite surfing next door.

Amazing stay in a very beautiful place! Extended my stay for total of 8 nights because I did not want to leave. The owners and staff really look after you and its a very peaceful environment. I especially enjoyed the daily yoga class with Shibi and the food was always delicious and they were very flexible with meal timings. Right next door is an excellent kite surfing center - not to miss! Highly recommend!

everything and specially the kindness of the owners and all the staff they made our journey wonderful cause they are wonderful people! sweat dogs too. it feels like home cause they make everything for us to feel comfortable. Home on the other side of the world. Amazing swimming pool too.
