La ubicacion segura, buena comida, buffet variado buenas instalaciones, los animales libres, las personas amables. La playa maravillosa, limpia y con hartos peces.

Faltaba luz en la habitacion, faltaban enchufes en la habitacion. Los postres eran sin sabor y se repetian mucho. Empezaron arreglos los ultimo dia sin avisar que cerrarian un bar y los ruidos de construccion.

This all inclusive resort was fabulous. From the staff at the front desk to the wait staff, the cleaning staff and groundskeepers all do a wonderful job! The food was great, the drinks delicious, the pools warm and the ocean was crystal clear. We all loved our stay!

It would be nice to have a bit more shade at the main pool.

Hotel bonito, em frente à praia e com bastante natureza. Comida e drinks bons.

Área kids da piscina pequena, brinquedoteca somente para maiores de 4 anos. A piscina mais rasa, onde as crianças aproveitam (pois as demais são muito fundas) é onde acontecem a recreação de adultos e crianças maiores, não sendo possível manter as crianças pequenas lá.

Breakfast was great. Many choices.

The extra 300 in Iberostar money couldn’t be applied to much and you you had to spend a lot to use it.

Breakfast buffet was great, located near our hotel block so very easy to get to. The breakfast was always very good, such a great variety of foods and cultures represented.

Our hotel room was sub par. As a family with a 2 and 6 year old we were located very close to the theatre and bar which was loud when trying to get the children to bed. The toilet flooded on our first night completely flooding our room, fortunately we had none of our shoes or clothing on the floor at the time. They fixed the pipe the next day so that part wasn’t an issue again. However there was an issue with the sewage, every time the toilet was flushed in an upstairs apartment the smell of raw sewage would flood our bathroom, deeming it unusable for up to two hours. I did not keep our toothbrushes in the bathroom as I didn’t deem it sanitary. I told the concierge and there response was “we will look into it” it got better for our second week but the first week was bad. Our beds were so uncomfortable my husband and I barely slept. The family room was two queen size beds so it was mostly one parent with one child (sometimes one parent two children) and unfortunately My toddler fell out of the bed onto the hard tile floor and the only option they had was a crib which he would not have slept in. From then on we made sure that he had a pillow next to him and pillows in the floor in case it happened again. The beds were secured to the floor as well so we couldn’t push them against the wall to give us a better option.

Direkt am Strand, die Anlage ist wie im Dschungel, sehr dchön und aussergewöhnlich.

The big benefit : Very nice hotel grounds : tropical forest with animals; nicew long beach

Hotel maintenance : No hot water in the room ( was fixed fter complains); bad air condition " was not fixed during our styay; burned electric bulbs and all of this is in the best room : ocean access suit

El mobiliario está envejecido

Tuvimos muy buena experiencia en el hotel, pasamos el fin de año. La playa muy limpia, el mar hermoso. Las habitaciones si son antiguas pero como solo las usamos para dormir no fue problema, los colchones en buen estado. Las instalaciones del hotel muy bien cuidadas, la comida muy buena y variada, la cena del 31 fue todo un festín, nunca había visto tanta comida junta. Soy alérgica al gluten (celiaca) y los chefs Ruth y Apolonio me cuidaron muy bien, me decían que podía comer y me traían algunas opciones especiales directo de cocina. Había servicios de fotos en el hotel, estaban en todas partes pero no te acosaban si no querias. Dylan en el servicio se toallas muy amable. Los cocteles buenos y las actividades de recreacion y show buenas. Es la segunda vez en el hotel y regresariamos sin duda.

Por decir algo para mejorar, algunas sillas en la playa estaban en mal estado, pero como hay bastante disponibilidad se podían cambiar por alguna buena. El baño en la mañana tenia olor a alcantarilla.

We loved how close we were to the beach and the natural feel of the resort—seeing the animals and forestry was a nice touch. There was always something to do, from tennis and archery to the marine activities, and the adult entertainment was fantastic. The food was also a win; everything we ate was high quality with plenty of different dishes to try.

Despite paying for my reservation in full via Booking.com, the resort had no record of my booking upon arrival. This major communication failure forced me to spend precious vacation time coordinating between customer service agents and hotel staff. While the hotel provided temporary housing, the administrative error ultimately cost me an additional $1,000 beyond the original quote. Regarding the stay itself: the food quality was excellent, though restaurant reservations were nearly impossible to secure, making the buffet a more efficient choice. The kids' entertainment was adequate but lacked the variety needed to keep them fully engaged.
