El hotel no es gigante, por lo cual todo queda bastante cerca La comida muy buena y las actividades también Pero lo más lindo, la cantidad de animales que vimos libres, monos, coatíes, iguanas y otros por montón!

Boli sme mimoriadne spokojní. Záhrada v ktorej je rezort umiestnený predčila naše očakávania. Krásny, obrovský bazén, ktorý sme aj tak nevyužili, pretože nás viac lákalo more. Strava úžasná, rozmanitá, chutná. Prejedali sme sa, pretože to skrátka lákalo ochutnať všetko :-D Personál bol viac než ochotní. Hneď pri príchode sme odmietli doplácať si nejaké extra členstvo a služby. Prišli sme si len oddýchnuť po 2 týždňovom poznávaní Mexika. Boli sme pripravení podľa recenzií, že to idú skúšať. No nerobili nátlak. Neskorý check-out tiež nebol problém a služby hotela, vrátane stravy sme mohli využívať až do nášho odchodu.

Izba je aj cez deň dosť temná, ale nepokazí vám to zážitok. Jediný negatívny zážitok spôsobil zamestnanec, ktorý o 4:50 behal popred bungalovy a motorovým fukárom na lístie čistil chodníky. Rámus sa niesol celým areálom. Na toto prosím pozor!

La playa es fantástica, limpia y con abundantes tumbonas. Lo mejor es el bosque del centro del hotel (coatíes, pavos reales...), muy cuidado y bien iluminado. Decoración con gusto en las áreas comunes. Las piscinas están bien y el personal de la recepción y el restaurante es agradable.

La comida no es buena: mucha oferta pero en general poca calidad. Se echa de menos comida mexicana rica y sobran cosas como empanada gallega, ensaladilla rusa... Habitaciones cómodas pero muy antiguas con armarios desportillados. Necesita una renovación. De los cócteles a pie de playa ni hablamos: toda coincidencia con la realidad es pura casualidad. La sensación general es de 4*

Me gustó todo. Las instalaciones muy buenas y en buen estado. La comida excelente. El personal increíble, un muy buen trato de inicio a fin. Tuvimos una pequeña situación y el personal se portó increíble, otorgandonos toda la ayuda posible.

Location is great, loved the beach

Pool is very deep not a good way to relax, reservations are required for dinner yet everything is booked so didn’t get a chance to enjoy much but the buffet, food is the same everyday! Options are limited

Gorgeus hotel, and a great value for your money. Iberostar Tucan is a great resort and its location is superb. Just around 40 minutes walking of Playa del Carmen's 5th Avenue (or 10 min by Taxi), the hotel features a lot to do, a lovely pool which is spacious and a beach with plenty of palapas to chill and relax. I think considering the price we paid it was a great deal, special considering similar all inclusive resorts in the area. It is not a very huge resort but I see that as a pro rather than a con, since the walking distances from the rooms to the beaches is not a lot even if your room is one of the "farthest away" The food here is also really great, tasty and there are plenty of options available. One last pro that I want to mention is the vast amount of cats around the hotel.

I think the only con I have in my mind was the AC in our room which I think didn't cool enough even when set to max, thankfully they had a big ventilator in the room too to make up for that.

Les animaux présents à l’hôtel sont exceptionnels. La nourriture est très variée et bonne. Les lits sont confortables. La plage est magnifique comme tout l’hôtel d’ailleurs. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. C’est magique.

j’ai réservé un séjour à l’hôtel Iberostar Waves Tucan numéro de réservation 6406760271 pour 4 personnes dont mes 2 enfants. Quand j’ai réservé via booking on ne m’a pas demandé l’âge de mes enfants et en arrivant à l’hôtel on me dit que je doit payer un surplus d’environ 1600$ car mes enfants ont 15 et 12 ans. Dans tous les échanges que j’ai eu que ce soit avec booking ou iberostar personne ne m’a demandé de précision sur leur âge. Je vous prie de trouver une solution à ce problème. Merci d’avance.
