Het strand was modderig waardoor je niet ging zwemmen in de lagoon. Accomodatie lag langs de doorgaande weg

Besonders freundliches Personal, sehr gutes individuelles Frühstück und Abendessen. Schöne Lage an der Lagune. Großzügige Zimmer , alle mit Meerblick

Es könnten mehr Sonnenliegen vorhanden sein. Obwohl am Meer gelegen, gibt es keinen direkten Zugang. Hier könnte man ein paar Stufen als Zugang schaffen

The people that work there

I felt deceived based on what I read online. The properties is near the highway. You heard every vehicle that passed by. It is actually an extremely old property that was remodeled and it’s still quite old.

The facility was very beautiful and lovely and the staff were very attentive and helpful, Romina was always on hand to assist.

Nothing to mention

The food was excellent, and the location was highly convenient, being close to the main road. The rooms facing the lagoon offered a stunning view, enhancing the overall experience. The stay was truly worth the price paid, with a calm and peaceful environment that ensured a relaxing getaway. Romina and Imeisha and the staff made our stay extremely comfortable with their kind and professional service. Highly recommended.

The location was absolutely fantastic, providing an atmosphere that allowed me to fully enjoy the sunrise from my room. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind, with special mentions for Imesha and Romeena, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The restaurant decorations and interior was very welcoming. Additionally, the food served was delicious, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at Kalpitiya Chalets by Thilanka, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived. The chalets are beautifully designed. My room was spacious, clean, and overlooking the lagoon. The bed was comfortable. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Special thanks to Ms. Romina, Ms. Imesha and Ms.Pramodya and Tharusha for their warm hospitality – they made me feel right at home. I really enjoyed the food. Especially the fresh seafood dishes. For activities, I highly recommend kayaking on the lagoon and dolphin watching. Overall, Kalpitiya Chalets by Thilanka exceeded my expectations. All the best and can be highly recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Kalpitiya Chalets by Thilanka! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome, especially Ms.Romina and Ms.Imesha —they're super friendly, attentive and always ready to help with anything. The rooms are beautifully designed, with a cozy and stylish interior that makes you feel right at home. Super clean too! You can tell they really pay attention to detail. And the view is stunning from your room. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour. You can taste the love and effort that goes into preparing each dish. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay! Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a peaceful place with great food, beautiful views, and amazing hospitality, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!

The only small downside was the flies outside, but that’s totally understandable given the natural surroundings , But as they have a fully air conditioned restaurant It didn’t take away from the experience at all!
