Althea Village - Family Hotel

Le personnel très attentif et agréable. Accueil, restauration, ménage.. tout le monde avec un sourire. Ils nous on offert un bon pour leur spa qui était formidable. Le buffet était varié et copieux. Les piscines sont pas trop grandes mais toujours propres. On peut utiliser toutes les installations de l'hôtel meme après le checkout et il y a des douches à disposition avec des linges vers l'accueil pour pouvoir partir au propre.

Les animations du soir commence en plein souper et finis très tot. Ça fait que les gens participent peux. Porte de la chambre peu isolée, l'insonorisation de cela pourrait être améliorée. La préparation des cocktails à la machine est un peu décevante car ça reste un goût chimique.

Wszystko nam się podobało. Świetne i różnorodne jedzenie, uprzejmy i pomocny personel, atrakcje dla dzieci z ulubionym wieczornym mini disco (zaangażowani animatorzy), duża strefa basenów, brak kolejek w restauracji czy do leżaków. Bardzo udany pobyt.

Kawa i wina w ofercie all inclusive mogłyby być lepsze, ale nie wpłynęło to na nasze zadowolenie z pobytu.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή!Οι εγκαταστάσεις είναι άψογες,πολύ καθαροί και περιποιημένοι χώροι και η τοποθεσία 5 λεπτά από παραλίες!Το all inclusive πακέτο ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας,τόσο σε ποιότητα όσο και σε ποικιλία.Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό,εξυπηρετικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει με χαμόγελο.Σίγουρα θα είναι επιλογή μας και στο μέλλον.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, especially the quality and variety of the buffet. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day. All inclusive was perfect for adults and children. Spa treatments were excellent. Nice touch to have access to a spa!

L'hôtel est propre, la chambre était confortable (bâtiment annexe) et calme. Les repas sont corrects, ce n'est pas gastronomique mais c'est bon et assez varié. Côté animation, c'est sympa, pas trop intrusif, et varié, karaoke, blind test, enfants, chanteur, danses folkloriques...il y a une petite boutique, pas trop chère. La plage est située à environ 15mn à pieds, plage publique classique, avec cabines et des tavernes qui proposent parasols et transats. Elle est surveillée et assez grande. Le mieux est d'avoir une voiture de location car le centre de La Canée est assez loin (env 10mn en voiture) attention pour se garer en ville, pas beaucoup de places libres, mais il y a des parkings Payants pas trop onéreux.

Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas très bien, il y a d'ailleurs eu un bug pendant 2 jours. Pas normal en ces temps où tout passe par internet. De plus, les piscines n'ouvrent qu'entre 10h00 et 18h00, sous prétexte d'entretien, pas super lorsque vous êtes partis toute la journée en visite et que vous ne pouvez pas en profiter le soir pour vous rafraîchir. Pour avoir fait d'autres resort, l'entretien se fait très tôt le matin pour ne pas gêner les clients et pas à 8h30, ni 18h. De même, le snack fermé à 17h00 (all inclusive ??). Les boissons proposées ne sont pas top, jus de fruits industriels...même les soit-disant cocktails ne sont pas très bons. Dommage.

Everything about this family run hotel was fantastic. I went with my daughter, son in law and my two grandchildren aged 6 years old and 2 and stayed for a week. The spa treatments were so relaxing. The waiters and waitresses, including Nikos, the manager at the diner, were so attentive, and the quality and variety of the food was exceptional to the cleanliness of the bedrooms. There are 4 swimming pools at this hotel, including a baby pool. This hotel is absolutely great for families as well as for adults. Activities during the day were entertaining. They had evening entertainment too. The location is great for the local beach as it is only a 15-minute walk or a 4 minute drive via taxi. There is a local bus stop called BMW nearby, which will also take you close to the beach as well as the old town and harbour. This is a family run hotel with a 5 star quality, and I am already thinking of going back next year...
