"we were sorry we booked there. No one told us that it was so far from all services."

the structure is fine

too much out of the way. It was not what was described. Remote position and employers who did not help at all. No one who spoke english. Reception closed at night.

"this is an Indonesian resort and there was no-one who could speak english, so it was not social."

No access to the sea, pathways and boardwalks were falling apart, mosquitos and no beer.
