Beautiful location, with friendly hosts who were very helpful with organising us a driver to our next accommodation. Delicious breakfast, we felt very spoiled!

It is a little out of Kandy town, but very easy to get to via tuk tuk. Room was lovely, the only thing missing was a small fridge to keep our drinks cold.

The Management were friendly and supportive and provided us an excellent array of local cuisine/dishes with no repeat for one dinner and two breakfast days. Quality was good and sumptuous. Very well planned property with precisely placed furniture exceeding the type. Rooms & common areas were sparkling clean.

Location from city and main road. But Rivers edge properties are like that.

"Air conditioning was really loud, breakfast wasn’t the best however most of the staff were really nice"

Location and view

All the staff were fantastic apart from the owner ! Although our dinner took 1/1/2 hours and was cold, all of us had to have it all reheated ! When leaving the owner wanted us to pay 3% over the asking price even though we left a day earlier

Lovely big, very private, room overlooking the river. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is a bit away from the busy city area but easily accessed by tut tut especially if you download the ‘ Pick Me’ App.

It was one of the best decisions I made by choosing this place for a night stay, so calm, peaceful, clean and food was absolutely delicious. The river view was so calming and relaxing. It is ideal for anyone who needs some calm relaxing view.

With only a 15min tuk tuk ride into the town centre, the peace of the hotel, with the wonderful view and sounds of birdlife from the balcony, made it an excellent oasis after sight seeing. The owners and staff are friendly, and more than helpful. We loved our stay there, and it was extremely good value.

The food could be better, but in any case, we normally had our main meal in town, so it wasn't a problem, and it certainly wouldn't stop us from staying there again. Breakfast was fine.
