The staff were all excellent! Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and yummy. The location was good and lots of food and entertainment options - very central in kata area. The ambiance was peaceful and elegant.

The power went off during the evening 2 nights in a row (I was there for 3 nights) which caused the aircon to shut off for a few hours and it was hot as the condensation from the aircon made the floors and bathroom counter wet. And the Astro cable tv was horrible and kept losing connection on most channels. Other than that, the stay and room amenities were superb.

The employee there was kind and helpful.

The villa was old, the pool smelled of chlorine, and the breakfast was quite modest. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel.

הייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת במלון מליסה וילות. הווילות מרווחות מאוד, נוחות ומטופחות, והכול היה נקי ומסודר ברמה גבוהה. הבריכה פשוט מדהימה והוסיפה המון להנאה מהחופשה. השירות של כל אנשי הצוות היה יוצא מן הכלל - אדיב, מקצועי וזמין לכל בקשה. ארוחות הבוקר היו עשירות, טעימות ומגוונות. בנוסף, המיקום של המלון מצוין ונוח מאוד. נהנינו מכל רגע ובהחלט נשמח לחזור שוב בעתיד. מומלץ בחום!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questa villa. La posizione è strategica: vicinissima ai negozi della via principale, al lungomare e alla spiaggia, ma allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla.L'alloggio ci ha colpito molto: camera spaziosa, pulitissima e profumata. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l'attenzione ai dettagli, specialmente il servizio serale: era bellissimo tornare in stanza e trovare le tende del letto a baldacchino già chiuse, creando quel nido tutto raccolto che regalava un'atmosfera davvero magica. Il materasso, inoltre, era comodissimo.Bellissima anche la parte esterna, con una veranda spaziosa e ben ventilata, e la piscina sempre molto pulita. Lo staff, inoltre, è stato cordiale e cortese in ogni occasione. Un ringraziamento particolare a Bon sempre gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste.

Le uniche note negative riguardano la dotazione della stanza: mancava una macchinetta per il caffè espresso e il frigorifero, troppo piccolo e senza congelatore. .A parte questi piccoli accorgimenti, è stato tutto perfetto e abbiamo passato dei giorni splendidi!
