Beware of charges to your room that you didn't make. Best to always charge to your credit card so it will be obvious when. you check out that charges have been added to your room that weren't yours. Also if you're looking for food that is healthy, convenient and/or affordable, this is not the right place for you to go.

we booked through marriott because we are bonvoy members this hotel did not hit the marriott standard checkin was challenging we seemed to be inconveniencing the workers there is poor signage around the pools lack of breakfast options aquaventure was fun casino was clean and smoke free the room did need some tlc but it was clean

For what they charge for the rooms it’s not worth it. I’d rather go stay at the Hilton or Sheraton. The grounds are nice. The resort itself is nice looking. The pricing for the room is way out of control. The toilet don’t flush correctly. The shower and tub assembly has cracks, chipping, paint and pour water pressure

Room was run down and there was constant construction noise. Asked to be moved and the front desk said no matter where they moved me there would be construction. I was told someone would contact me to add a credit, but customer service is unresponsive and rude. Tub was peeling, bed was concave and pillows were hard. Woke up with a stiff neck and back.

Our recent stay at Atlantis Paradise Island started off with a few unexpected glitches due to construction, and initially I was upset. However, everything changed after we had the pleasure of speaking with London Rolle from Guest Services. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional from the moment we spoke with her. London explained that there was a plumbing issue in the Royal East Tower and assured us that she would work on a solution. True to her word, she followed up with us several times throughout the day to keep us informed. By around 3:45 PM, she arranged for us to move to a new room in the West Tower and even upgraded our accommodations. She also coordinated for a bellman to assist us with moving our luggage, which made the transition smooth and stress-free. The bellman she sent was wonderful as well! I want to specifically recognize London for her outstanding customer service because she truly turned our experience around. This was our second stay at Atlantis, and while the trip did not begin the way we expected, her care and professionalism made all the difference. Once everything was settled, we had an amazing time. The resort was beautiful, clean, and the aquariums were absolutely incredible. Although a few of the slides were not operating during our stay, there were still plenty of activities to enjoy. The food was very good, and overall we truly had a wonderful vacation. Thank you again to London and the Atlantis team for making our stay memorable!

The room cleanliness and functionality was top rate. We loved our view. The Dig with underground aquarium, the walking paths, the shops, the beach, the nightlife, everything was perfect.

Our stay at the The Royal Towers Atlantis was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, everything was beautiful, vibrant, and full of energy—but what really made our trip exceptional was the incredible staff. A huge shoutout to April from VIP Services and Devon the Bellhop, who absolutely went above and beyond for us. We had a vow renewal planned that unfortunately fell apart at the last minute, and they stepped in without hesitation and completely turned things around. Their professionalism, kindness, and quick thinking truly saved the day and gave us a moment we’ll cherish forever. Because of them, what could have been a stressful situation turned into something magical and meaningful. We are so grateful for their efforts and for making our 30th anniversary celebration extra special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The Royal Towers experience wouldn’t have been the same without amazing team members like April and Devon! Malisha

Staff was extremely accommodating, their hospitality is fantastic, i recommend this stay to anyone who is looking to stay at Nassau!
