While the weather was beautiful, the beach lovely, the dolphin experience incredible, the Junkanoo parade lively, sunrises and sunsets memorable.........the food was seriously overpriced, screaming children seemingly everywhere (pool, hotel, restaurant), cleanliness (especially in restrooms) lacking and a resort that hasn't aged well and in need of a significant refresh.

El all inclusive no es lo que parece. Más allá de las restricciones absurdas del sistema, los precios dentro del hotel son desproporcionados. Comer, tomar algo o hacer cualquier actividad fuera del paquete pre-contratado cuesta una fortuna. Uno espera que un resort de lujo tenga cierta flexibilidad — aquí no la hay. El check-in: el peor primer contacto posible. Al llegar, nadie nos explicó nada. Ni cómo funciona el hotel, ni qué incluye nuestra estadía, ni cómo moverse por las instalaciones. Las valijas no fueron llevadas a la habitación. En un hotel de esta categoría, ese nivel de atención al huésped es simplemente vergonzoso. El personal: amargo y desinteresado. No es un empleado, es una cultura generalizada. El staff en general transmite desgano, indiferencia y poca disposición a ayudar. No hay calidez, no hay servicio, no hay actitud de hospitalidad. Para un destino que vive del turismo, es sorprendente y muy triste.
