Clean & spacious rooms with good food

There were lots of Mosquitoes even using mosquito vaporizer and a net being there and the access road to the hotel wasn’t great

Beautiful place, in front of an entrance of the ocean. Protected from winds. The resort is amazing. Rooms are big, new and clean. You’ll get an outdoor rest room, being able to shower outside underneath the palm trees, but with all the privacy. It’s just priceless. The resort has a pool, bar, and dining area, all overlooking the lagoon. Breakfast is very good and included, being able to choose between Sri Lankan or Western. You also have a set and changing menu for dinner if you’d like to. Staff is very welcoming, kind and accomodating. It’s an amazing place to stay and relax. Totally recommend it.

Everything was perfect

beautiful peaceful spot on the lagoon with lots of birds around. Rooms are gorgeous, food is great and staff are super helpful. I would have been happy to stay there longer, I definitely recommend kitelantis

Gorgeous resort off the beaten track. I came here primarily for birdwatching in and around the town of Kalpitiya. Most guests come for Kite surfing or whale watching. Bungalows are specious and beautifully designed. I felt like Lara Croft walking into evening suite each time. The bathroom was really unlike I've ever seen. The resort itself has a beautiful garden with big butterflys (at least in January) and fine swimmingpool. A walk along the shores of the lagoon leads to a mangroveforest part for some birding activities. Staff is warm and welcoming and takes great care. Also I walked many times the 20 minutes to the town of Kalpitiya for meals in the many locally owned restaurants.
