Sehr gepflegte, wenn auch in die Jahre gekommene Anlage. Das Swimup Zimmer war grandios.

Zusatzkosten in Höhe von 100$ am Tag ohne die Möglichkeit das Angebot zu nutzen da alles belegt war.

Nos alojamos con mi marido para recibir el Año Nuevo. Ya desde el check in la atencion fue increíble. El servicio de mayordomo es espectacular, encargándose de proveernos todo lo requerido en nuestra habitacion y reservando los restaurants solicitados para nuestra estadía. Coordinaron nuestro día de spa, y la fiesta del 31. Contratamos la experiencia Premiun y la suite swin up. Si pueden no dejen de vivir esta experiencia. El personal es extremadamente atento y preparado para atender todas tus necesidades. Lugar ideal para relajar, descansar y pasarlo bien.

"Perfection (except for Travel Club)"

It was absolutely perfect, the choice of food, all the restaurants were sublime, the activities that were available, the staff who will do anything to make your stay perfect

Travel Club - they really go in for the hard sell, which was not needed on a relaxing holiday. We spent 3 and a half hours there when we were told “no obligation, only maximum 1 hour 20 minutes for a special presentation” - you get 200$ of points which can be spent at the resort for your time but if you only have a few days there I would just say no from the beginning. Tell the people in the lobby in the turquoise shirts that you are not interested, it was disguised to us as a tour around the whole premises, but it was in fact just a trip to the travel club centre where they try to get you to join.
