Las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas, las habitaciones son tal como las muestran, es limpio y mantienen las zonas comunes limpias. Las piscinas son limpias y cómodas. Hay lugares de bebidas en varios sitios Dan servicio de mayordomo que ayuda mucho. Nuestra mayordoma Elaine muy amable con nosotros que estábamos de luna de miel. Bastante seguro

La comida es regular en todos los restaurantes, se rescata más el buffet que los restaurantes a la carta. El mejor de todos es el tepanyaki, pero aún así no es la gran cosa. Se nota que es comida prehecha y recalentada. Entonces pierde la frescura. El personal es amable pero se siente que mucho lo hacen por las propinas y si no se las das o si no aceptas los productos que ofrecen llegan a molestarse. Piden propina hasta por saludar , pero parece que es cultural de República Dominicana Realmente es muy molesto estar en un hotel resort a donde vienes a descansar y que en cada esquina esté personal del hotel ofreciendo paquetes premium (no valen la pena) o tours o masajes. Tienes que estar huyendo de tanta oferta como si estuvieras por fuera y no en el mismo hotel. Y al final en la encuesta propia estuvo presente un señor del hotel vigilando la puntuación que quería haciéndonos poner 10/10. No volveríamos a Punta Cana porque es fastidioso estar huyendo de tanto acoso.

I like the front desk people in my side room Soleica and Estarlyn . The wonderful guys with butler . The wonderful activities guys Antonio , Mamba , Shakiro . The girls in the restaurant Angela the best 🤗🤗.

Muito organizado, limpo e com ambientes agradáveis. A comida é excelente com facilidade para encontrar um lugar para comer.

Abordagem do pessoal do TRAVEL CLUB. São inconvenientes e insistentes!! Copos nas piscinas deveriam ser descartaveis. Muitas vezes pegamos copos cheirando muito mal.
