The room was really nice and our butler was very helpful. Our room was always kept extremely clean and most of the workers were nice. They had a lot of food and drink options.

The people in the lobby asking you to go to breakfast with them to try and sell you something are very pushy… I don’t want to be sold stuff on my honeymoon and they didn’t like hearing no. While there was a lot of food options, the food wasn’t that great and the menus seemed kind of limited. They really didn’t have a lot of activities and the night life was basically non existent.

The beach was Nice, but yours get nice beaches at other resorts. The bathtub in the bedroom was also nice. Thats where the nice things end.

Food is AWFUL. Brand, flavourless. Room service was the only place worth eating at. They NAG YOU with the travel club. We were asked to have breakfast/lunch with representative and we said we didn’t want to, from the start. But we were open to the tour. When we told the representative we didn’t want to have lunch, they flipped and asked us to leave the travel club building without the tour. So that’s that. Drinks were okay. Not enough “carritos” to get us around My boyfriend fell on the floor and hurt his knee, we asked for a first aid kit. There is none. I then asked for disinfectant and a bandaid. Butler told us the hotel doesn’t have any and if they did have it he could not give us due to “health safety” issues. He was also on his dinner break so it took us near an hour to tell us he couldn’t give us anything. I let it go then, but the next day, the more I thought about it, the more upset I got. I reported it to our main butler who told us it was not acceptable and because it’s not a medication, just a bandaid, there shouldn’t be a problem that he gave us a bandaid if they had one and that the hotel most likely has some. Also, the rooms have no emergency/safety call like in most hotels, they have a red cord you pull in case you hurt yourself. Had my boyfriend fell and hit his head and passed out I wouldn’t have gotten any help.

Beautiful grounds, many activities and restaurants

The beach and pool areas were very beautiful and we did like our boat excursion.

We had ants in our first room and a loud AC that was about to go, so we switched rooms. The secret pool was filthy with bird/goose poop. There are sales people EVERYWHERE. From massages, to photos with parrots, to even someone selling hookah in the water at a sandbar. A friend also was hospitalized due to the food.

Food was hit and miss and shuttle service made getting around easy.. pool scene was the best didnt enjoy the beach with all the vendors.. good drinks
