The staff are hit or miss. Most everyone was delightful, like Dianna at the premium experience poolside guest supporter. Coffee at breakfast was always a challenge. The sheets could be upgraded. Overall, the experience was relaxing, enjoyable, and fun. We will probably be back. The food was also surprisingly very good. We stayed at Casa de Campo first, and we thought the food was just as good, if not better.

"Avoid this hotel at all cost!!"

The beach

Rude staff at the reception ( especially one lady who thinks she is made of better stuff then you! Dirty plates at lunch bar and at breakfast. The room was made up for 1 person we had to ask every day for 2nd set of towels. But the main thing was NO WATER pressure in the bathroom - reported it to staff and finally on our leaving day they responded - we couldn't take a proper shower for two reasons 1. the water pressure was minimal so you couldn't wash anything off like shower ger never mind the sand and 2. the water was boiling hot! We have the evidence of all of this here :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOIAoENWrGs - we have complained a number of occasions but the manager " was busy " every time so now we demand a the full refund - Described service not provided!
