O complexo em si é muito bom. Restaurantes bons e com um time de funcionários muito simpáticos e prontos para solucionar as questões.

A cama poderia ser trocada, o colchão já está velho e causa dor nas costas. Um pouco de dificuldade de agendar alguns restaurantes, não conseguimos em alguns.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist toll. Man Sitz beim Frühstück und kann entspannt auf‘s Meer schauen. Die Gartenanlage ist super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Ebenso ist die Poolanlage bei den Swim-Up-Villen zwar renovierungsbedürftig, aber wunderschön anzusehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man löst die meisten Probleme schnell und so gut wie möglich.

Die Anlage ist viel zu weitläufig. Die gebuchten Swim-Up-Suiten konnten, trotz mehrerer Anläufe, nicht bezogen werden, da alle massiv nach Schimmel und modrig gerochen haben. Das ganze Haus war eine Baustelle, die Wasserrohre im Flur waren freigelegt. Das All-Inclusive-Essen in den Restaurants ist qualitativ schlecht, außer im Kusko, und auf Massenabfertigung ausgelegt. Ebenso die angebotenen Getränke. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier in keinster Weise. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise sehr abgewohnt und kaputt. Uns fiel schon am ersten Tag die Schranktür entgegen. Beim Duschen war das Wasser 5 Tage kalt, was offensichtlich an der Baustelle lag. In der Minibar war es schimmelig.

El personal amable, atento, limpieza en general la comida me gustó mucho, las pis unas fenomenales, repetiría sin lugar a duda la estancia con Palladium especialmente en TRS turquesa
