Portes Beach Hotel

Plaj, deniz, otelin mimarisi ve peyzajı çok güzel. Deniz, sabahları sakin ancak öğleden sonra dalgalanıyor ancak temiz ve keyifli. Odalar temiz. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.

Herşey dahil konseptinde Türkiye'deki herşeydahil konseptine göre çok geride olduğunu söyleyebiliriz. Soğuk İçeceklerde yerli ve lokal markalar kullanılıyor. Ancak kalitesi düşük genellikle gazı kaçmış. Sıcak içeceklerde Yunan kahvesi yada Türk kahvesi yok sadece makinalardan hazır alınan kahveler mevcut. Demleme çayı zaten beklemeyin. Kahvaltısı bir Türk kahvaltısı olmasada fena değil, temel şeyler var. Öğle ve akşam yemeklerinde kırmızı etli yemekleri çıkarınca(domuz) seçenekler çok kısıtlanıyor.

We stayed in the hotel first 2 weeks of july 2025. The hotel is on beautuful grounds, well maintained, clean. Peacfull family hotel perfect for relaxing vacation. Our detailed impressions are following: 1. Beautiful grounds, full of greenery, trees, roses, palms. Grass like a carpet, everything clean and neat. 2. Clean and well maintained rooms, restaurants, around pool 3. Lots of employees, majority greek, very hard working, pleasant and smiling 4. Our room in bungalow near the pool, for 3 persons on 1st floor, was spatious, good matreses on double and single bed. Spatious bathroom, largest shower we ever had, with glass door. Central air con but worinkg very well. Moskito nets on terase door and bathroom window provide pleasant nights. 5. Cleaning ladies came every day changed towels, linen every couple of days. We had nap time with our kid from 1.30pm, and they didnt manage to come before that time every day, so skipped cleaning some days. Better organization to clean rooms till lunch time would be our recomendation for improvement. 6. Food very very good, big variety, very tasty and fresh, all compliments. Always some good meat, fish, prawns, clamps, salmon, pasta, pizza, salads, fruits....everything tasted so good but wasnt overseasoned, nor to spicy,just perfect in our opinion. 7. AI service with drinks and snaks all day (pizza slice, hot dog, mini burger, club sendwich), bottled water, ice cream on scoops 8. Animation team for kids great. Group of 5 animators, 2male & 3 female, great energy, dancing and smiling all day- doing a great job! 9. Very poor signal of wifi in the rooms, and in general Hotel did its best to provide a pleasant stay. One thing they could not control is the nature, sea and wind. The coast is ok, still when windy with wavy sea, not our choice of nice beach. Waves brought a lot of dirt in the afternoon. Nerby on the eastern Kasandra coast one can find much prettier beahes with clear ligth blue sea water and no waves.

We had the most amazing week at Portes Beach hotel. The hotel was beautiful, the pools & splashpool were lovely & perfect for my daughter. The staff were all so hardworking, welcoming & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They went above & beyond. The animation/kids club team were absolutely incredible, so energetic, so kind and caring, you could see how much the kids genuinely adored them.

Not a bad hotel. Staff are very helpful. Wouldn't class it as a 4 star more like 3. Plenty sun beds. The biggest down fall is you cannot walk anywhere due to the fact hotel is on a bypass and the path is not walkable only goes so far then no path so it means you have to walk on the busy bypass. Taxi's cost 12 euros each way to town. 2 free buses in the morning nothing at night. Also except to pay 70 euros per week that you stay there hotel taxes must be payed.

What a beautiful place. Yes the rooms are basic as reviews say. But they are clean, the beds are comfy and the cleaners were in every day. Beach towels provided. No rush for loungers, however, it’s that hot, you will want to get an umbrella. Food is lovely. Very fresh and good variety. Drinks are your standard all inclusive Entertainment is ok. Aqua gym is a highlight and a good laugh. Spa is amazing. I spa quite a lot in the uk and this is on parr. Worth the money and you always get a discount. We did an excursion with jet 2 (dolphins) to the blue lagoon pirate boat. Very well organised and would highly recommend. Staff friendly and we hope to return

This hotel is fantastic - don't take notice of the negative reviews.... yes, the entertainment is poor, but so are a lot of other hotels. And yes, the hotel is in the middle of no where, but if you are expecting that then no issues, and taxi's are easily available and reasonable in price. Food was good quality, not to my taste all the time but absolutely nothing wrong with it - vast selection and plenty. The taverna by the pool at lunch was really good, lovely setting and if you don't want that then there is a hot cupboard by the bar which does the most fantastic pizza slices, club sandwich, burgers and hot dogs - so food for every taste. Free flowing ice cream and coffee is also available at the bar. We managed to get sunbeds every day, and seats for evening no problem. No issue in getting drinks at all - bar staff really friendly, and free flowing bottles of water. Rooms were clean and spacious - beds and pillows so comfy. We did have 10 euro's go missing, but probably our fault for leaving it out, the cleaner could of thought it was a tip. Reception staff really friendly and helpful, and the little shop stocks some good products. We went out to the 2 nearest towns by taxi, and enjoyed the food and atmosphere there. A really lovely hotel for family get aways. Would go back, but never return to the same place twice :)

The hotel is like a small neighborhood with beautiful gardens and villas and is very clean, the food is great, the staff are very polite.

The wifi wasn't working at the beach and in the last 2 days we had many problems even in the room. The beach didn't meet my expectations (I expected a cleaner sea), but it was decent. The dinner doesn't include drinks (except for water), I mean for 100+ euros per night, it should also include soft drinks, coffee, tea, etc. just like for breakfast.

The property, the staff, food everything was perfect. The most valuable thing this resort has is Staff, very friendly, professional and great people. Highly recommended!!!

Portes Beach Hotel looks fantastic on the photos and when walking around the hotel it is stunning however their is a few issues we had whilst been here on holiday. Food Basic all inclusive food which is full of grease and is very limited, although there is plenty of choice and it is a different menu each night and some nights the menu is better than others but it is not good when most of the nights we were unable to eat a lot of the food due to it all so being inedible due to it not been cooked enough. Drinks One of the best things about the bar/ restaurant given you a bottle of water so long as you are on All Inclusive, the beer (Zorbis) , cocktails (San Francisco, Portes Blue (Ouzo), and Vodka where the best drinks, all the other drinks at the bar you could teat the cheapness to them. Pool Both the main pool and the kids pool where good there where plenty of sunbeds and plenty of seats depending on what you prefer, both the pools where the ideal temperature. The Hotel does provide free towels which are blue and in your room already when you check in and can be changed on a Tuesday/ Friday. Beach Although small it is lovely there is plenty of room all around the beach for those who with to be on a sunbed or if they wish to sit on the sand, the sea water was a bit colder than the pool but you could walk out to the boys and it would just be past your waste. Rooms We got the main building room 401 which from family members we had the bigger room we had a large corridor in a way with a bed and sofa bed in which was lovely, in the bathroom there was your standard toilet sink and bath with a shower over the bath, however the way the shower is placed and the length of the shower curtain the water would blast out directly on to the floor. Hotel Staff Although most of the hotel staff where nice there were a few staff who were extremely rude and thought they were better than yourself with their attitude to ourselves, Whilst here I had to report that something stolen and was told the manager will be in touch with the staff and get back to me, I am still waiting on the manager to get in touch with me on this. All so not sure if anyone is aware that the tourist tax has changed and it works out around 10 Euros a day for us that was 70 euros.
