Warm welcome from all the staff. Hotel is in middle of nowhere . But that not the hotels fault. The rooms were cleaned everyday and mini bars filled . Taxis are expensive. There is a free shuttle to Pomorie which can be booked at desk. The rooms are excellent. Great views of the beach. A great selection of meals which caters for everyone. Only suggestions i would say is we would have loved a night for bulgarian food. Entertainment on nightly.The saunas and indoor pools are great. Recommend the mud pools just along from hotel. A great experience and fun. Definitely a 5 * hotel. Trips to nessebar and diva winery recommend

The Hotel and staff are absolutely fantastic, we’re currently staying in one of the family rooms. It’s 2 bedroom and the ‘adult’ bedroom has its own balcony, wardrobes and bathroom away from the ‘kids’. The rooms are very modern and the beds are out of this world. The mini bar is replenished we told the cleaning team that we didn’t want the beer and they just put more Coke and Cappi in. The kids loved it. Unfortunately because of the time of year the outside slides are closed and all the external snack bars are not open. So the negatives (not really much the hotel could do) the internal pools could be turned up ever so slightly as the smaller pool was lovely but was absolutely rammed. I feel that some background music is needed throughout the hotel as because the outside was cold and wet we spent a lot of our time near the bistro snack bar and lounge areas. Animations leader was excellent at getting everyone involved even those with names as ‘no,no,no’ joined in and ‘maybe tomorrow’. Overall the experience of the hotel was 5* it’s just a shame that the weather let us down.

An extremely pleasant place that I return to every year. Excellent service, very friendly and responsive staff, delicious food, and a high level of hospitality. A hotel that improves its service every year.

This was outstanding! What a hotel! I cannot say anything bad, if I had to it would only be the swim up pool and most of the pools were very cold. The manager and staff really are running this hotel to top spec! The food was fabulous and to excellent quality. The chefs temperature tested the food and it was cooked fresh. The staff cleaned 24/7 which showed as the place was immaculate! The bar staff were polite, professional and the selection of drinks was great. Make sure you put the switch on, if you want a lie in and don’t want a cleaner walking in on you.. plus the toilet door is glass and has a gap, it’s not that private. Towels available and the spa area is great. We booked for the Olive restaurant which was lovely, but we were rushed in and out. Little disappointing but the gust relation manager listen to our concerns and no wonder she’s a manager as she gave us a Prosecco and spoke beautiful English. We are going to book for next year, but earlier as it can be chilly on a night. We will be going for a 50th birthday and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else to celebrate. Highly recommend. I still have holiday blues! Thanks Wave!
