Wave Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

Wonderful weeks stay at this hotel, rooms and balconies are spacious and the whole hotel is immaculately clean. The staff were attentive and friendly especially Kate at the concierge desk, she was always smiling and more than happy to chat and answer any questions we had. The animation team were very good, although we didn’t get involved we were always asked if we wanted to, Kiko the entertainment team leader took time each day to speak to us. The food was excellent throughout the hotel including the buffet, the snack bars are a lovely touch as well, we went to the Bulgarian and Mediterranean speciality restaurants and they were both excellent. If I had to say something negative, we were in a land facing room with a busy road nearby which woke us around 7am each morning. We would definitely book this hotel again but book a pool facing room.

The beach is too crowded and the sun loungers are uncomfortable, the umbrellas are dirty.
