KTDC Lake Palace

Location is usp. Staff is co operative and food they make as per our choice but don't expect food taste to be original as you eat in your state or home. Animals can be sited from the resort provided you stay for minimum 3 to five nights. In short, this resort is a must visit for once in life because of its location.

The resort should provide king size beds instead of queen size, and food taste should be like homely then people like me will visit more then once and would stay for 3 to five nights.

Nothing. It was a disaster

Service was poor, staff preying for tips, instead of paying hugesome amount for the stay . Toilets were unclean and stinky. No basic amenities like bottled clean water, no electric kettle, not proper intercom service, staff kept on sleeping till 6 30, and we had to wait till they woke up at the say of check out. They usually serve normal tap water, and we had request to get a bottle of mineral water, which they kept in stock, and for deserts after food, you have to ask them It is not an ideal place for parents and children because a lot of people come there to booze off in the palace background. above all the staff was drunk at night and we could feel the bad stink

The location is incredible! Being in the middle of the park, you can sit out or get boat rides and see wildlife multiple times a day. The staff are incredible at making sure you have anything you need, and catering to your preferences. It was incredibly relaxing staying here, such a unique location, I couldn’t recommend more.
