Truely a gem. Beautiful forest walk on the property with butterflies squirrels and birds. Quiet environment and a sympa restaurant on the corner of the street (300m walking distance). What is not to love !

Maybe a bug screen in front of the balcony door. (Because one can possibly lock themselve in by totally closing the door) and it feels like it’s time to renew the matrassen

Fantastic amenities. Spacious double room with views to the forest. It has a small terrace where you can sit and relax.

Beautiful, peaceful location in the forest. Sadly, however, the weather wasn't kind for our one night stay and we were never able to sit on our balcony and enjoy the view as it was shrouded in mist! Disappointing as it must be spectacular and I'm sure had we done so it would have been a very different experience - it was why we booked here. The breakfast was excellent with delicious home made tortillas and the staff really friendly and kind. Not sure about the restaurant as the chef was ill and we had to go back into town for dinner. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a bbq. Property is secured at night.

The plumbing could do with some attention - the cistern in one of the toilets was problematic and we weren't able to get any hot water for our shower. The English speaking member of staff wasn't there in the morning so wasn't able to report it in my basic Spanish! They are so helpful so I'm sure it will be quickly sorted out for the next guests.

Absolutely lovely staff. Chalet was spacious. Nice to have a swimming pool. Convenient for local waterfalls and monuments

The price of the food was affordable, the place was very comfortable, it had a very nice and foggy environment in the middle of the forest, and there were many things to do like the swimming pool, the trails, the pool table, etc. Also the included breakfast was marvelous.
