Greenwood safari camp

The NP is stunning and the hippo in the camp very cute. Very friendly staff and boss. Very good location perfect to explore the park.or the Masai village. Recommended 👍🏼

Breakfast provided is delicious. Dinner is also delicious. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Camp can arrange safari vehicle to safari which is very convenient and helpful. Overall we have a good stay in the camp. Recommend to stay at this camp.

Bathroom facilities need to improve.

Right next to the talek gate, greenwood is a very nice place to stay if you plan to do game drives in the Maasai. The owner is super friendly and all the staff members will treat you very well with a lot of flexibility. The food is amazing and the rooms are super comfortable and clean with WiFi and hot water.

We had a wonderful time at Greenwood. The tents were very roomy with electricity and comfy beds. The location right next to the Mara River is great and gives you the occasional small animal encounter in the camp. Magdy helped us organize everything from game drive to our transport back and was always there to assist. Also, the food they served in the camp was excellent. Given the fact that every other camp around is crazy expensive, Greenwood is definitely a gem out there and we would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The accommodation was great—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Very close to the gate. The service was very good.A peaceful place

The accommodation is located near the Talek gate (about 2 minutes by car). The entire area feels very pleasant, and especially in harmony with nature. The accommodation staff was very friendly and constantly attended to us. The tent was smaller, but very comfortable and truly enhanced the beautiful atmosphere of the safari in the Masai Mara. The shared bathrooms and toilets were kept clean, and the water was hot. We had 3x dinner and it was really tasty and big portion. Breafkast was nicely packed for us so we could have it as a picnic in the park.

Wifi was working just around the main building. But it is not a problem as you are there for the nature.

Small camp very well located near the entrance of the park. It is a familiar business where they tried to accommodate us as best as possible. On arrival we upgraded from the tent with shared bathrooms outside (they were clean!) to a cabin with private bathrooms inside, which was pretty comfortable. There was not a lot of a difference in price because, for the last, all meals were included and there was no place nearby to get other food (very rundimentary area), so totally recommend getting the meals there. And they have vegetarian options! We rented all the activities through the camp and they were excellent. Well organized with nice skilled drivers. The gamedrive driver was respectful with the animals and coinesseur of where to find them. We had a great time. Couple of things: there was no wifi in the cabin (only in the reception) and there are wild animals inside the camp at night though there is a security guard (they cannot fence it because some is part of the park). Good value for money!!! Totally recommend it.
