Terrible logistics to get to the main city and absolutely no support from the staff whatsoever. Had to hike thorugh the woods 40mins while carrying my luggage because when I asked the staff for help they just dropped me on a deserted beach. Rooms are very old and breakfast is very basic. There is simply no reason to pick this resort, absolute nightmare and will ruin your trip to phi phi. Even from a price standpoint, any money you save by staying here you will spend on boads in and out. Any day you want peace and quiet you can just hike to long beach and enjoy the day, no need to be actually hosted there.

Die Lage ist exorbitant, das Meer, der Ausblick auf die Phi Phi Leh. Die Fische direkt am Strand. Es gibt kostenfreie Liegen. Alles unglaublich. Der Staff ist super, besonders Sakai, Somis und Thia! Danke! Das Restaurant ist nett und lecker. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Wir waren nicht einmal im Ort. Eine kleine ursprüngliche Thailand-Oase!

Die unteren Bungalows sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad nur ok. Aber selbst da Mega Aussicht!

Excellent location for a quiet getaway. Beautiful beach with lots of colourful reef fish we could easily snorkel to see. Provided complimentary taxi to/from Tonsai on check-in and check-out and the taxi staff were quite helpful. We would consider returning in high season.

Service and attentiveness could be a bit better in general. There is also nowhere to fill up a water bottle in the resort and the complimentary bottles are quite small so you will have to buy your own water bottles each day. No other complaints about the resort itself. Because it’s in a quieter area there aren’t many restaurant and bar options and we found their restaurant more expensive than others. We ended up going somewhere else down the beach a few times for lunch and drinks, and it is easy enough to get a taxi into Tonsai at night for dinner which we enjoyed. Beware there is also not really anywhere to do laundry at Long Beach and the laundry service is expensive.

W upale wręcz niemożliwe żeby o własnych siłach wejść na samą gore do pokoi położonych na samej gorze, ale z recepcji można podjechać małym vanem. Dość problematyczne szukanie łódki żeby poplynac do centrum, trzeba czekać na wieksza ilosc osob i za kazdym razem płacić 100-150bat za os w zależności od pory dnia.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Phi Phi The Beach Resort. The location at Long Beach was peaceful and beautiful, especially during the shoulder season when the beach was almost empty—we even had it entirely to ourselves on our first day. Our sea-view room offered stunning views of crystal-clear, emerald-green water, and the beach was clean and pristine. The service was outstanding, with quick buggy transfers to and from our hillside room whenever needed. The complimentary longtail boat transfers to and from Tonsai Pier were also very convenient. The food was good, and having Blacktip Scuba Divers right on the property made for an excellent diving experience. Overall, a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty of Phi Phi away from the crowds.

O apartamento standard 436 estava com o banheiro fedendo muito, parecia um cheiro misturado de fossa com maconha impregnada. Nem o sistema de exaustão deu conta, na verdade, até piorou.
