Fantastic place with hosts that genuinely understand and care about guests and have created a magic place to stay that reflects this. The place to stay in Tangalle. I had to cancel one night in order to get an emergency passport and they didn't charge me cancellation fee. The hosts have thought about and prepared the place with thoughts about guests and not just making money. Would stay again definitely when in Tangalle next. It is a fantastic place to stay with funky colored rooms and little outdoor area and restaurant.

Very helpful owner. Perfect seafood dinner from fishing trip. Realy perfect. Possibility used shower after check out. Mosqiutos net. Good AC and ventilator.

For 1 Night it‘s good, small room, everthing clean. Breakfast was okay, but could be improved.

The room is super equipped and very clean. The special thing about the accommodation for me was the hosts in particular - they are the nicest people ever. They helped me with everything and we had great conversations. The dinner at their place was great, I can highly recommend it. It was the best accommodation in Sri Lanka so far.

We stayed for 6 days and didn’t expect much, cheap accommodation and very close to the beach and city centre. Turned out to be the best decision ever! Never have we met someone so nice, lovely and helpful as the hosts, Manu and Sashi. Words are not enough to describe our time here, if you are in Tangalle, there is only one place you should stay. Also the cooking skills from Manu and Sashi are better than in most of the restaurants. Much love

Manu and his wife were some of the best hosts we have had in Sri Lanka. Their hospitality was superb. They cooked a fantastic fish / lobster / prawn dinner for us at a very reasonable cost, sorted some well priced tuk tuk journeys and onward travel arrangements. Really enjoyed going fishing on a fishing boat, organised through Manu, catching many fish. Manu then used that fish to give us another delicious dinner. The room was spacious, air conditioning was effective, plenty of hot water all the time for showers. There were outdoor spaces around the property for relaxing and a lovely covered area where we had breakfast each morning (and dinners when we ate there).

The lighting in the room could have been improved by a side light to the bed. Everything else was great.

Close to the beach, hosts are very nice. Rooms with good AC.

Breakfast was not that amazing, it is a very basic one.

The breakfast was basic but satisfying: an egg, toast, fresh fruit (delicious) and plentiful coffee. The WiFi was strong throughout the property, the room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were sweet and attentive. I would have loved to have stayed longer!
