The location was awesome! The building is super cool!

The service wasn’t great. We had breakfast included, eggs on toast and it wasn’t up to standard for the price we were paying. Our room was very hot, I understand that it is hot in Varanasi at the end of April but it is very hard to sleep in a hot room.

Felt like coming back home. The location couldn’t be better. It’s in the middle of the action/ chaos of Varanasi. Yet, it’s tucked away in a little quiet street. The residence is rich in culture. An old traditional house. With antique furniture and craft art carefully placed around. There’s a cafe with food and drinks and a nice terrace at the top in the evenings. Which was nice when I was exhausted and wanted a little more calm. I would strongly recommend this place to my friends and family if they visit.

Good location

It's a mediocre place for a very high price. You can get the same hotel level anywhere in this area for less than half. I only stayed there because I didn't have other choice. They didn't clean my room all week, and when I asked the cleaning lady she said - "ok, I will drink tea and come back to clean your room" - but she never came back and thought it is funny when I asked her about it later. There were also water pressure issues, hot water issues, the bed was old and not comfortable, and in general, the staff were not nice. Not recommended.
