Ocean villa

I feel like about this stay. I had an incident during the trip and the owners took care of me. Im so grateful for all the support.

The hospitality

First time in Hiriketiya and usually Pricing is bit high there

The location is probably the only positive here, it’s a few minutes to the beach. The AC worked well.

There is no staff here, even when you call them they don’t answer the phone. No one is around and there is no reception. We had a major issue with a pipe bursting in our bathroom in which I called and messaged the staff 20 times and they just ignored me. One hour later someone came only after the entire water tank had emptied into our bathroom and there was no water left, no apology or nothing. There is no hot water at the hotel. The beds are uncomfortable and the duvet is only what I can describe as an oversized tea towel. Not good value for money and can get better elsewhere for similar price.

Very well looked after property. Lovely set up, and very kind hosts. The fan was very good. Beds very soft. 5 mins walk from the beach!

Very basic breakfast. Room was quite small.

The location is great, just a few minutes from a path along the beach with nice beach bars nearby. The villa has very nice garden where the breakfast is being served. The host lady was very nice.

The room was quite small but ok for the price. The breakfast is very simple but also not too bad.:)
