Sigiri Siesta Homestay

Great place to stay! Delicious breakfast and welcome drink. The host gave us many good tips on where to go.

One of the young sons is little bit “too friendly”, he had no boundaries, he came into our room and started touching our things. The others were very nice.

Incredible value for the price! The staff was fantastic, and the room was spacious and the bed super comfy. also breakfast absolutely awesome, and there was a wide variety of choices to start the day right. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best place we stayed in our 3 week long trip in Sri Lanka! The room was big and is part of a beautiful villa, the linen were clean and perfumed like nowhere else. The host was nice and very helpful, also the location is perfect if you want to visit Sigirya! Highly recommended!!

The room's lighting was very dim, there was no hairdryer, and the breakfast was ordinary. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either.

To begin with: the hosts were excellent! They met all our needs we’re extremely generous and made our stay a true sri lankan experience. They introduced us into their culture (we were even allowed to look through their wedding photo album), helped us plan our day, arranged activities, prepared wonderful and tasty food and have been very supportive! Both of them are very hard working and do everything to make you happy. You get to meet the whole family, where all are absolute sweethearts. We are so thankful for this experience and recommend to everyone!

Mahesh and his family were so welcoming, helpful with all the questions/needs. We really enjoyed our stay and it was one of our best experiences during our time in Sri Lanka. We highly recommend this place.

Tremendous. Mahesh and his family were outstanding. They welcomed us into their home and made everything so easy for us. It was an authentic home stay experience and we loved every minute of it. They prepared a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast, helped us to get to their accommodation and to leave. They organised a fantastic safari where we saw many elephants in the wild with a baby elephant of only a few days old. They arranged a great tuck-tuck pick up and drop off to visit and climb a local landmark. The drivers they arranged for us were thorough and showed us all of the best sites. Mahesh went above and beyond. He is a fantastic man with a fantastic family.
