Amazing price for the location, gorgeous view out the window and the place was lovely and clean. We had everything we needed and have had a fantastic time.

Didn't know the toilet wouldn't be in the room but Dan gave us lots of privacy so in the end that didn't matter!

All good location, cleanliness

Had solo run of house but was more a shared use Airbnb style house. Great big lounge with sky tv and fully stocked kitchen-untensil not food. Free coffee

No TV in bedroom and toilet was not ensuite though just outside bedroom door. Lock on bedroom door was hard and noisy to use. A small bathroom latch type for when in room would be good.

A self catering accommodation with fully equipped kitchen. Nice conservatory overlooking the river. Free parking. 30 min walk to centre of York. The live-in owner gave us plenty of space and we felt we had the whole property to ourselves, which was really nice.

Everything was fine

Dan was a great house and the property was only a 15 minute walk to the town centre :)

Everything was great but it was far to hot to get sleep for one of us and couldn't work out how to turn heating down , but everything else was perfect , thank you
