"Very good"

It was good that we had the place to ourselves and it was a good base.

Although we had a shower and a sink in our bedroom we had to go across the landing from our bedroom to the toilet which would have been a big negative if we hadn't had the place to ourselves.

"Home to yourself and good location, free parking"

Plenty of space in the house, all to ourselves and great value for money. A leisurely walk into town took about 20minutes. Would stay there again.

"Lovely stay in a quiet room"

Lovely location, a 15-20 minute walk into the city centre. Briefly met the owner who seemed lovely. Quiet and comfortable room next to the river.

Be wary of the junction turning into the street, worth checking on Google street view before travelling!
