Charming studio - 3 min walk to PETWORTH Metro station; 10 min to Convention Center

La comunicación con el host, mucha demora en contestar inclusive cuando podía saber hasta qué hora podía quedarme en la casa antes de hacer el check out …… para mí entender no está capacitado para alojar gente si no responde a las consultas de los huéspedes que tiene en su lugar .

The location was good

Not a place to spend the night. They did not give me a key. I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets and only stayed 1 night of two. I recommend this location be removed from your list.

Good area, close to the bus and metro. Have to say that this area was not very safe at night time.

It was very run down place. We got room #2, it was not as advertised! It had no tv, we thought that we would have a private bathroom. The bathroom was in the hallway. It was really run down place. Lots of mould in the bathroom and in the room as well. It was also dead mosquitoes in the room. The whole place should be a renovated. Lastly, there was no private entrance so your just sharing an entrance with the family, which is very awkward because the “mother” is always at home watching tv.

Lage

I would like to inform that the room I have booked did not correspond to the adverteisement . The picture has Television, but the room did not have It, It says there is a bathroom, but it does not say that the bathroom Is outside the room. Besides that the room Was not clean and bathroom was also not clean, the Landlord tried to clean It as we arrived there and Made It very quiclky. So I would like to ask for a partially Refund for this stay .

Nothing, the lady downstairs was kind.

The description didn't list the 2 flights of stairs, which was not something my 88yr old grandmother could handle. The ammendities were lacking, we didn't know what was expected of us to supply or what they should supply. After witnessing my grandmother fall still refused a partial refund so we could more easily find a more suitable accommodations.

Wonderful people, nice private room.

The place was decent and the host was really welcoming and provided advice on things to do in and around Washington DC. The place had a small bar fridge, microwave, TV hardly use, wifi with good connection, aircon.

The entrance, the lawn is not cut to make the place look decent. The place was a bit different compared to the pictures displayed on the website. The walls are not as white as the pictures with spider webs on corners (this could have been removed), the sofa is old and a bit broken, was not able to use the TV,

It was a really bad experience. It's not a studio, it's a shared house and they give you a room. His family lives downstairs and he sees them all the time. The house smelled very bad and was messy. We entered through the door and did not stay in this house, but the owner did not refund and we had to book another hotel. Stay away
