Restful River Bungalow

The owners were helpful, room was nice and clean and the view was beautiful. The pool was a lovely addition too.

Little bit further from the town centre but easy to scooter/cycle/walk in. All in all was a great stay

Great spot, a little out of town but had all we needed. Food was great and all tours and transport was organised in house at a reasonable price. Friendly helpful owners. Would recommend.

Great accommodation and location right on River. Hung and his family are excellent hosts, rooms are large, clean and quiet. We have stayed here a number of times and would return again.

Everything, the pool was nice and cool, the whole place was super clean. The food was tasty. The gentleman who was working, Hung, really made our trip, he picked us up from the bus, booked us a trip to see caves and took us to the duck stop as well. It is quite far from Phong Nha town (40min walk) but you can borrow a bicycle for free to cycle in. The distance from the town means that the hotel is super quiet all day long. You can also borrow a kayak to explore the river for free! There are friendly dogs on the property and we really loved being able to stroke them, it made it feel like home. Our bungalow was extremely spacious, the beds were comfortable too. The bathroom was large and very clean and not outdated with a full bath and showers over it. The Aircon works and there was a fan if you needed it as well. The view from the property is incredible, right on the river side and with a view of all the mountains too.

Nothing, it was perfect

The place is very well maintained, the owners are always cleaning the pool and keeping the place nice, which you could tell for the great quality of the facilities. The room was huge, the bathroom as well, and the bed was very comfortable. It is located right next to the river which was a huge plus but a bit far from the center. But they offer free bikes for you to go to the center for dinner or for any other activity. Also Hung, the owner, was very friendly and took us to the Paradise Cave himself for a fair price.

The only thing which could be improved is the breakfast. They allow you to choose only coffee or tea and one plate which was a bit small. Maybe adding some juice or fruit could make a great difference!
