The warm welcome and homely feeling. The husband and wife team were helpful and attentive. You felt at home The house is lovely but guest rooms need a bit of an upgrade, still comfortable enough

Good location. The family there was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Laundry service.

The staff was a lovely couple with two dogs. We got a very warm welcome and a lot of help with what to do. The room was nice and big and we had a private bathroom as well. It was a very cozy house.

The house is built so that the walls don't go all the way up to the roof which means that we could hear everything all the time. The shower wasn't the greatest either but for a short stay, it is okay.

Thank you so much to Sarath, Nalini and Sri for welcoming us into your wonderful hotel and looking after us so well. Dinners and breakfasts were both fantastic, particularly liked the Sri Lankan spicy food! We were very pleased to enjoy the warmth and comfort after a couple of days hiking in the knuckle mountains. They really went out of your way to help us make the most of our time in Sri Lanka. We hope to return one day soon…

It's perfectly situated on a hillside, it's not so high up that you pass out from climbing that steep hill, but it's juuuuuust right! The family who owns it are incredibly kind. There's also two dogs, one of which I completely fell in love with, the other is very shy. The beds are comfortable, and the showers are hot. The room was quite large as well. Breakfast is awesome in the morning with the strongest coffee I've had in a while.

The location is great, just a short walk from the lake and a easy walk to the Kandy City centre, hosted by a very generous and accommodative couple feels like a home away from home. A special mention to the furry friend who’s so cute.
