Very Nice , Clean and Comfortable room with stunning mountain views and tea field . Great staff.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location is very good and it's within a walking distance to main attractions.

This homestay is in a perfect location, and very clean and tidy! Staff were lovely.

For backpackers is realy good option. Near to city. Price is very good. One advice, if you open the kitchen for the visitors it will be perfect. If you found hilton hotel, this hotel us no for you. But if you want acomodation in good price in good localization I think is one of the best option in Ella.

Beautiful view, spotlessly clean room and outside space, very welcoming hosts, very calm and within walking distance to some main trailheads. (20 walk total to 9 arches) Far enough away from the main town to be away from the noise but close enough to be within walking distance of the bus station.

Nothing, it was perfect. Ella main town was super ugly and a real shame as it doesn’t fit with the nature at all however Rustle Hill is PERFECT and also surrounded by nature.

Rat in the room, we changed the room and found many insects dead or alive. No bed sheets, everything was dirty.

Location for me was perfect. It’s a walk away from town centre which I liked to be away from, it’s also closer to the attractions like nine arches bridge and little Adam’s peak. Can also walk to Ella station. The couple who run this property work very hard and maintain it daily. They are friendly and even gave me little sweet treats daily such as pineapple slices. Like other reviews, it’s worth noting it is a good few steps up to the top (about 90ish) but I didn’t mind at all. Lovely view from the communal balcony too.

The rooms were nice, although quite a bit of climb up to get there (we were aware of it prior to booking, so not complaining). Our stay was comfortable, the owner was nice and helpful. There were way too many beds (4) in our room (for 2) for some reason, so we used half of them to spread our luggage. The location is quite convenient to go to the main market on one side and the Lil Adams Peak and Nine Arches Bridge on the other side. View from the property is also very nice.

Most of the lower floors of the property were under renovation, so the kind of 'cosy look' we had seen in the photos, wasn't to be found - this surprised us. Our rooms on the upper floor were fine though.
