Very nice place, close to the center Owner are around and rooms are clean

Location was nice, as it was located near the start of the nine-arch bridge hiking trail and some of the other attractions on that side of town. Seating area outside of the rooms was cool.

Rooms were okay, but felt very stuffy and like they had retained quite a bit of moisture. Staff weren't the most present.

Good place. Good staff. Manager was helpful. Great location, it’s on the main road, very close to many places. Enjoyed my stay.

Need to climb up the stairs, since it’s on a hill. Probably would be difficult and uncomfortable for old people. Otherwise good place

The location is a bit outside of the center, which I personally enjoy a lot. And its still very near to everything you need. The owners and staff are very nice and will help you with whatever you need. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

was near from the center but not in the center, so really calm. i liked the terass with view and sofa

It's the best home stay/ guesthouse I've experienced while travelling Sri Lanka. The family is so welcoming and helpful. They would've picked me up from the train station, if I wouldn't have found transport in the last second. The breakfast they served was delicious! They were so helpful not matter what, very response and always found a solution for anything - the whole family. Mum, dad and even the son - very, very friendly! The room is exactly how it is on the pictures. It has everything what you need and it's clean! The location is perfect, as it's a few minutes down the road to shops and restaurants, but also just a few minutes up towards the 9 Arch Track and a little further to Little Adam's Peak track. So you're kind of in the middle, not exactly the middle, but it's perfect. Would come back anytime. Highly recommend!

Everything was good except the mold and the humidity in the room. Talking to owner told me that this month is like that due to moonsoon.

The mold as i explained above. The long stairs because i do not have physical condition. The road and city is not 650m. Is about 2 km. But again i am a person with no good physical condition
