Excellent value for money. The location is central, but since it's in the middle of the fair, you need to pay attention when arriving for the first time. The bed is good. The shower too.

The noise from the construction next neibor, the children, or the other guests can be a bit bothersome in the morning or afternoon. It's quiet at night. The internet can be unreliable; one day it rained and the Wi-Fi and 4G signal went down, so I had to cancel meetings. There could be a small renovation on the bathroom floor and wall room.

I don’t advise these place to anyone who want sleep there is no AC impossible to find the place to check in staff answer at msg after 3/4 hours or the next day water of shower was Green at beggining, Windows open smell bad and I thinks I will stop

Manque prises , et armoire pour ranger notre linge (reste dans la valise 3 jours)

Not the properties’ fault but building works across the alley SO LOUD 7am-8pm. Also there is no car access. so dragging suitcases over dishevelled cobble tiles & stairs 200yards or so- … Didn’t like the shower or moldy room (2nd floor at the end). bit hard to find location( for help- it’s off Ubud Art Market down an alley at the end). Also google Kumera Bungalows, same space.

Nice place to stay for few nights in the heart of Ubud. Big room with fan and comfy beds. Nice balcony outside the room ( we stayed on the upper floor ). Breakfast included on the price ( for Vegan, fruit salad + coffee ). Nice and helpful owners.
