The Green Jungle

Nuwan und seine Familie waren sehr gastfreundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und der Gastgeber war sehr bemüht uns schöne Ecken und Orte im Dorf zu zeigen und Tipps zu geben. Auch das einheimische Essen war sehr lecker!

We are currently on a tour of Sri Lanka and have stayed in several hotels, but this one was truly top-notch and comes with our highest recommendation. Our hosts were incredibly warm and attentive, always available for us, and gave us an amazing number of tips—they even accompanied us to a viewpoint. There was hot water with good pressure, a fan and mosquito net, and a fabulous breakfast… not a single wish went unfulfilled. We are extremely grateful that we had the chance to stay here.

Nuwan was very helpful to us, he and his family are very nice and lovely. The food was delicious and we could also ways ask for more or any options. We would recommend anyone to stay at the green jungle if you are searching for a very authentic and quiet experience in Sri Lanka.

The smell of the room was a little bit penetrating and we were missing an AC.

Vstřícnějšího majitele jsem asi nezažila, byl velmi nápomocný, pořád v kontaktu. Ubytování bylo moderní, čisté, postele velmi pohodlné.

Nuwan è un host super disponibile e attento. Non vi farà mancare nulla! La stanza è ampissima e pulita. C’è un po’ di umidità e non c’è aria condizionata, ma ci sono i ventilatori e si sta benissimo. Patio delizioso e immerso nel verde, con amaca fantastica per leggere e rilassarsi. La zona è ottima per raggiungere tantissime destinazioni. Cene e colazioni disponibili su richiesta!

Nuwan ist ein unfassbar zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hat uns wie ein Teil seiner Familie fühlen lassen. Die von ihm für uns geplante und organisierte Tagestour war perfekt und sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen superlecker.

Great experience, our Host Nuwal was incredibly helpful with organizing our trips, even before our stay. He showed us beautiful local places. The food was delicious and very generous, breakfasts and dinners. Rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable. We recommend the place 100%
